RegReminder Standard for Joomla is licensed based on the number of websites you will be installing it on. Below are the support options.

With a RegReminder License you will receive a copy of RegReminder, fully functional, and will recieve support for the number of domains as you purchased. You are entitled to bug fixes for a period of 360 days. After 360 Days, the software will still function properly, however you will only have access to downloads and updates only if you renew the membership.
